Allebor Health is an AI-powered health education and visit preparation tool. The Service conducts structured symptom interviews and generates visit summaries to help patients prepare for healthcare provider appointments. Allebor is designed to supplement — not replace — professional medical care.
ALLEBOR HEALTH IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Content generated by Allebor, including visit summaries, conditions to discuss, and suggested questions, should not be considered medical advice.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received from Allebor.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Allebor, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Allebor offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) use the Service to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or fraudulent; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (f) use automated means to access the Service without our express written permission.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Allebor Health, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Visit summaries generated for you are yours to use and share as you see fit.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLEBOR HEALTH, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allebor Health, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
